Heyday Dungaree Workshop (in-person and online options)
Are you a dungaree lover like me? Do you lust after some of those premium brands in organic fabrics with amazing zingy prints for either yourself or your child?
Then the Heyday dungarees by Waves and Wild are for you!
They are the pinnacle of adaptable - and all seasons, can be made in heavier fabrics and lighter weight like linen for the summer... are available from 6months - 12 years and in adult sizes and I love them!
This one day workshop will talk you through the processes involved in making your dungarees from cutting to stitching and fitting. I will also talk you through my own personal method for facing them, so that you retain the nice drape around the arm-holes but avoid the broken needles...
It will be all the great things of a face to face, but with the added benefit that you can attend from anywhere you like, without travel costs or worry about Covid. Phew!
The workshop will be beamed from my full equipped Cornish garden studio, with opportunities to chat and sew as well as learn - a fun sociable sew with the added benefit of DUNGAREES!!
Depending on your skill level, You may not get them totally finished during the day - but you will be equipped with everything you need to know to be able to do so... and this prices also includes follow up support through a Facebook group for a couple of weeks if you get stuck once the class is over.
The class size will be kept small in order to be able to ensure everyone has enough support on the day itself.
There will also be a closed Facebook group to help you prepare in advance and for post workshop support for up to 2 weeks.
